Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. Your domain registration is included in the monthly care plan — there is no separate registrar bill to think about.

The guarantee

Every build we take on goes live within one month of you signing off the brief. Not an estimate, not a typical turnaround — the date is in the contract before you pay a penny.
The clock starts at sign-off
The month starts the day you approve the written brief — not the day you first email us.
It pauses only on you
We ask for every piece of copy, image and decision at the start, with a deadline. If we are waiting, the clock is not running.
If we miss it
We put it right — [SET YOUR REMEDY HERE: a refund, a discount, or free care]. In writing, in the contract.
Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. Third-party costs — hosting, fonts, stock, licenses — are billed at cost with receipts.
The fine print
Questions about money
The $1,000 website is hand-built on a structure we know works, then shaped around your brand, your copy and your images. The $5,000 custom website is designed from scratch for your business alone — nothing reused, every layout decision made for you. Both are real code you own outright, both are accessible, and both carry the same one-month guarantee. If a project is genuinely bigger than either — a large store, a booking system with complex rules — we will say so up front rather than take your money and rush it.
The build fee is paid in full up front: $1,000 for a website, $5,000 for a custom one, settled before we start work. That covers the whole job — design, build, testing and launch — and there is nothing further to pay on launch day. The care plan then starts the day the site goes live and is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due in 14 days, and we do not charge interest if you are a week late — we will just email you.
The $50 plan covers two change requests a month. If you regularly need more, the $100 plan covers ten, and you can move between the two with 30 days’ notice — up for a busy season, back down afterwards. A change request is one set of edits sent in one message, so bundling five small tweaks into one email counts once, not five times. If you want something genuinely outside a website build — a custom application, an integration with your warehouse system — we will tell you plainly that it is not what we do.
No. The two prices cover designing and building the site; the monthly covers running it. We register and renew your domain, host the site, and keep it backed up, patched, monitored and up to date — so the monthly is what keeps the site online, not an upsell bolted on at the end. You choose between the $50 and $100 plans and can move between them with 30 days’ notice.
If the monthly payments stop, the site stops. We stop renewing the domain and it is cancelled, the site comes offline, and we stop providing care. We will always warn you before that happens. The design files and code are yours and we will hand them over, but the live site and its web address do not survive a cancelled plan — so please treat the monthly as part of the cost of having a website, not an optional extra you can drop later.
Registered nonprofits and community organizations pay $800 instead of $1,000 for a website, and we discount custom builds too. We also keep two free builds a year for causes we believe in. Tell us about the work you do when you get in touch.
