One month or less, guaranteed, from the moment you sign off the brief. That is the whole promise — a month is the maximum, not the target, and most builds land well before it. The clock only pauses while we are waiting on you — so if we need copy, images or a decision, we ask for it at the start and tell you the deadline.
The code, the design files and the content are yours outright — no proprietary platform, and nothing to pay us for handing them over. If you move to another studio next year, everything they need to rebuild it is already in your hands. The domain and the hosting are different: we register, renew and run those as part of the care plan, so they stay with us while the plan is active. Stop the plan and the domain is not renewed — the files remain yours, but the live site and its address do not.
Yes, and we prefer to. If you have guidelines we'll work inside them and extend them where the web needs more than print did — states, motion, dark surfaces. If your brand is thin or ageing we'll say so and quote separately rather than quietly redesigning it.

WCAG 2.2 AA is our default, not an upgrade. That means real keyboard paths, visible focus, 4.5:1 text contrast, labelled controls, and motion that respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting. We test with a keyboard and a screen reader before we call anything done.
No — we only build new websites. We don't take on redesigns, repairs or maintenance of a site somebody else built, because inheriting unfamiliar code is exactly where a fixed price and a guaranteed date stop being honest promises. What we will do is build you a new site to replace the old one, redirects and all, so nothing you have already earned in search gets lost.
